With a real estate career built on decades of hands-on experience, Mike Roller brings a unique combination of personal knowledge, professional expertise, and a genuine passion for helping people navigate real estate.
Mike has been buying and selling homes since 1985 and became a licensed REALTOR® in 2016. His experience extends beyond traditional residential transactions, including buying, selling, and evaluating investment properties. He especially enjoys the process of seeing a transaction through from start to finish and helping clients make confident, informed decisions along the way.
Licensed in both the Prescott/Quad Cities and Greater Phoenix areas, Mike has called Arizona home since 2010. His connection to Prescott goes back even further. His parents moved to the area in 1977, giving Mike a longstanding familiarity with the community and the unique character of the Prescott area. From historic downtown bungalows and Victorian homes to ranch properties, everyday lifestyle homes, and luxury and golf resort properties, Mike appreciates what makes each part of the area special.
Mike believes the foundation of a successful real estate relationship is honesty, transparency, and communication. His goal is to get to know each client, understand their needs and goals, and determine whether buying or selling is truly the right move for them. He takes a straightforward approach and isn't afraid to give clients the honest perspective they need, whether they're preparing a home for market, evaluating an offer, or searching for the right property.
For sellers, Mike focuses on strategic pricing, strong marketing, professional photography, MLS and online exposure, and thoughtful preparation to help position a property for success. His philosophy is simple: “The key is to price it right from the start.”
Mike lives in Prescott Valley with his wife, Terri. Their children and grandchildren are also in the Prescott and Phoenix areas, making Arizona truly home for their family. Terri also enjoys helping clients prepare their homes for the market, including staging when needed.
